Humans are really shit at coding, our brains are totally different and is far less logical to be a programmer. Even the so-called star programmers are called so just for hype, so that others in the company will slave off to achieve the near unachievable elusive stardom. To make things complicated we have invented this thing called project management, where less intelligent people command swaths of intelligent people. This is an embarrassment to evolution and future sociology researchers.

Information technology companies treat coders like slave, they are not here for improvement of humanity, they are here as a middle agent, to squeeze out money from clients, and work from coder to maximize their profit.

The best way to deal with the mess info tech industry has created is to achieve a state where computers are our perfect slaves and totally understands us and codes for us. I completely agree with this talk.
