Task which will fail 99.99% of Tamilnadu's Electronic Engineers

Task: Implement RTL NAND on PCB that operates on 5V power supply.

I am sure the above task will fail 99.99% of Tamilnadu’s electronic engineers and at about 80% of India’s electronic engineers. It could be possible that 50% of all HOD’s in electronics department in Tamilnadu will fail in this task too, those who succeed would have accomplished with tremendous difficulty.

In fact, if you ask an electronics engineer to do this task as an interview exercise, the person will look at you like you are insane and mad.

When I say college education is sham, and it loots middle class parents because they are ignorant, I mean it.
